Flat $5.99, everywhere in the continental US

Every order ships for a flat $5.99 — one module or a full custom stack. No minimums, no surprise carrier fees at checkout. Tax is calculated at 8% at checkout.

• Processing: in-stock preset colorways leave the shop in 1–2 business days.
• Custom colors: custom-coated sections are made to order and add 3–5 business days.
• Delivery: 3–6 business days once shipped, with tracking emailed to you (your order number starts with HS-).

30 days, unused, original condition

Not what you wanted? Return any unused module within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Start a return by emailing support@hydrastack.example with your order number; we'll send a prepaid label. Refunds land 3–5 business days after we receive the module.

• Modules must be unused and in original condition — threads tell no lies.
• Custom-color sections are made to order and are exchange-only.
• Original shipping is non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item.

Wrong size? Swap the module, not the bottle.

Because everything shares one thread, most "returns" are really exchanges — a Narrow base for a Standard, a Classic lid for a Straw. Exchanges follow the same 30-day window and ship back to you free. If the replacement module costs more, you pay the difference; if less, we refund it.

We make it right, full stop.

If a module arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect, contact support with a photo and your order number. We replace defective modules under the lifetime stainless warranty (two years for the Heated Base) — no return shipping, no debate.
